Welcome to Southeast Valley Medical Group, where we put you and your family’s healthcare first. We have been in Mesa, Arizona for over 35 years and are proud to say we are the oldest and largest family practice group in the Southeast Valley. Our entire staff of board-certified physicians and physician assistants are dedicated to providing first-class compassionate care for every member of your family.

Dr. J. Kent Bray founded Southeast Valley Medical Group in 1976. The practice was initially located in Tempe, Arizona before moving to Mesa. In 1982, Dr. James Campbell joined Dr. Bray as a partner in the practice. By 1989, the group had grown to seven providers prior to merging with Chandler Medical Surgical Group. Upon the merger, the practice expanded to three offices in Mesa, Chandler and Phoenix (Ahwatukee) then reorganized in 1999 and moved to its current location in Mesa.

Southeast Valley Medical Group has proven itself to be a stable home base for 12 highly qualified, caring providers, 10 of whom have been with the practice for up to three decades.

Today, patients will find the same personal, attentive atmosphere that existed when Dr. Bray founded the practice 35 years ago. Patients travel frequently from areas east in Miami-Globe and west in Glendale, Arizona to receive their personalized, professional care.
